Clover Flea, Lucern Flea and Clover Springtails are all membrs of the Springtail family.
Springtails are tiny, wingless, soft bodied insects, which are 1 to 3 mm long. They have a forked jumping tail enabling them to leap away when threatened.
They feed on clover, subterranean clover, lucerne, and, in particularly bad infestations, grasses as well, doing most damage in autumn and spring.
